The International Petroleum and Mining Academy (IPMA) is a Private Professional Higher Training Institution in Cameroon for Africa with a maximum number of staff who are both employed from all over the world for permanent and part-time bases. The training staff are International Certified Trainers in Petroleum and Mining. The board of directors and/or the advisory council are made up of the selected experts from the economic sector, Investors, and the international partners.

Other Consultants and partner institutions are also a good reservoir of qualified and certified human resources for the operation of the institution. The recruitment of staff for the operation of this institution shall be done according to merit and from all over the Central Africa nations and the global economy.
