About IPM Academy
The International Petroleum and Mining Academy (IPM Academy) is a Central Africa Regional Petro-Mining Engineering University project created with the global goal to develop the Oil and Gas Human Capital of Cameroon and the Central Africa Sub-Region by offering Internationally Certified Training Programs at the Diploma, Bachelor and Master Degree Level which will lead to the removal of the citizens (especially the youth) from their poor static and inadequate Oil and Gas Technical Knowledge to a more dynamic and International Certified Oil and Gas Engineering Skilled knowledge needed by both the governments and private investors, and the Production of a Skilled Engineering Workforce as a means to Harmonize the African Workforce or Skills with the European, American and Asian Workforce, where most Energy Investors in Africa come from.

Standards
Training is offered both Classroom and on the International Petroleum Industry Multimedia System (IPMS) giving students access to notes and lectures where ever they are before meeting classroom trainer.
Credibility
Training Programs are certified by the Highest Certification Body in the Oil and Gas Industry and also used by SPE International.
Opportunities
Students have access to 80% of all International Oil and Gas Projects with Hundreds of Employment Opportunities. (Employment Referral Programs).
